Our Colleges

College of Law

The College of Law aims to produce good lawyers - lawyers who are learned in the law and who conduct themselves according to the noblest traditions of the bench and bar. To realize this objective, we educate the mind in legal provisions and the heart in justice, civic authority and human rights. As such, we take pride of being counted and declared as one of the BEST Law Schools in the Philippines.

College of Business Education

The College of Business Education is known in the region for being the producer of finest and efficient office managers, entrepreneurs, business consultants, bankers, proprietors and salespersons who are all contributory factors to the socio-economic growth of the country. The College emphasizes through its curricula integrated and participatory perspectives to decision making and total quality management as well as effective communication skills to prepare the graduates for a productive career in today's fast paced and ever-changing business environment. At present, the College goes global as it sends fourth year students to Singapore for their off-campus training.

College of Criminology

With more than a thousand enrollees every semester, our College of Criminology aims to provide community with graduates who are professionally competent and morally upright individuals who can deliver efficient and effective services in all fields of Criminology. The 540 hours of practicum exposes students to police related duties and orients them to the field of Criminology, the criminal justice system and administration, public security and safety administration and correction and jail management. As a result of quality assurance mechanisms which include qualified and competent faculty members, well-equipped laboratories, state-of-the-art facilities and strong linkage with police agencies and other related offices, it is not surprising that our College has produced countless Board Topnotchers.

College of Engineering & Technology

The College of Engineering and Technology offers short term and degree programs. As such, the students can have the opportunity to earn as soon as they finish a short term course - yet they continue for a degree program while they earn. The different programs train the students of advance technology making them excellent programmers, systems analysts, researchers, internet wizards and software application users. On the other hand, its Engineering Program offers Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering to equip students basic knowledge and know-how along these areas to prepare them face the world of machines and technology.

College of Arts and Sciences

The College of Arts and Sciences produces students who are knowledge specialists, creative thinkers, reflective practitioners, communication experts and well-adjusted individuals. The College emphasizes the broad expanse to intellectual inquiry, the interrelated nature of knowledge and the respect for human dignity. Graduates of this College are the young men and women who demonstrate functional understanding of concepts and principles, exhibit complex thinking skills, possess the ability to control one's thinking and reflecting judgment, demonstrate the ability to communicate ideas effectively, work in a team and express artistic response. It recognizes the fact that individuals have to be developed in all aspects along the three thrusts of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) which are Instruction, Research and Extension.

College of Maritime Education

The College of Maritime Education is the first in the Region to obtain from Det Norske Veritas (DNV) of Oslo, Norway, the international body that sets the rules and monitors the standards for all maritime training institutions worldwide, a certification of compliance to the standards of the international accrediting body. Because of the virtue of this certification, graduates of Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation are qualified and eligible for employment at all international vessels and maritime lines.

College of Hospitality Industry Management

Our College of Hospitality Industry Management prepares individuals for careers in the region, nearby places or abroad by instilling in them knowledge, skills and attitudes as well as trainings and experiences for them to deal effectively with the World of Hotel Enterprise and Tourism not only locally and nationally but also internationally. As such, the College sends students to countries like Singapore and Qatar for their off-campus practicum.

The College maintains a hotel and a restaurant at the CVP Building located at the Balzain Campus. The four-storey building is furnished with a kitchen laboratory, kitchen, cafeteria, function rooms, guest rooms and classrooms where students experience first-hand training in food service and lodging.

College of Education

Nowhere in the region that you can find a school without a teacher who graduated from this Institution. With the number of teacher graduates it has produced since 1948, CCT's spirit of service has been constantly felt by all academic communities in the region through their administrators or teachers who are proud to admit that they graduated from CCT. Not to break this tradition, the College of Education continuously develops teachers who can meet the challenges of an ever-changing multi-cultural society. On the other hand, our Elementary and High School Laboratory Schools keep abreast with the new curricula prescribed by the Department of Education. These two basic levels of education are geared toward relevant and responsive quality education preparing the graduates for the higher level of education.

College of Health

The College of Health trains students to be God-loving, critical thinkers, research oriented, competent both in local and global settings and responsible for their professional development.

The College offers the following
  • An education that provides nurses and midwives with comprehensive care that includes physical, psychological and spiritual support of client in the context of the family, community and culture.
  • An education which results in professional nurses and midwives who recognize the contribution of the members of the health team, hence coordinate and work collaboratively with one another.
  • An education that recognizes patients as more than clients who are suffering from one illness or another, one disease or another, but are human beings, persons with feelings and to be treated as such.
  • An education that cultivates interest and appreciation for research and continuing education that fosters the development of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences.
